Work has begun in engaging players and groups to play for us next season. Look out for a return of Cobalt Brass on Sunday 17th December and the collaboration with the St Helens Hub in November, when the orchestra will be joining them for a work as part of the St Helens Borough of Culture Celebrations.
Other goodies include the Irwells, the Pleyel E , Lynne Rogers and one of her choirs, the wind quintet from the Sinfonietta orchestra, Chuva trio and an orchestral concert to end the season.
We are also supporting a concert on handpans ( find out more nearer the time!) which is part of the St Helens Borough of Culture activities, an afternoon of 60’s and 70’s pop songs played by the Happy Tuesdays! So, all in all, a very busy season of music making. Please come and share them with us.
