The Happy Tuesdays are a community group of players, based in Manchester who perform on a variety of instruments
There will be no tickets for this concert, but audience members will be asked for donations as they leave.
The ‘Happy Tuesdays’ music group uses the power of music to bring over-50s together, combating social isolation, and creating a community spirit. Based in Whalley Range, they have created a vibrant, multicultural, and inclusive community of music enthusiasts, a tight-knit family where friendships are formed and nurtured, offering a lifeline to those seeking connection and solace, particularly in the face of the challenges brought on by the pandemic. Music has the exceptional ability to unite individuals from all walks of life.
They will be performing for us in St Helens and their performances are awesome. Their informal concert will include music from the 60’s and 70’s. Bring back the Memories!
